Balai Laboratorium Lingkungan adalah salah satu Unit Pelaksana Teknis di bawah Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang ditetapkan melalui Peraturan Gubernur Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Nomor 95 Tahun 2018.
